With only nine reformers per class, our instructors have the time to support, guide and encourage you throughout every session.
No experience is necessary. We'll introduce you to the reformer, explain everything clearly and help you move with confidence from your very first class.

Everything You Might Wonder
Absolutely. Most of our first time guests are brand new. Your instructor will introduce you to the reformer before class begins and guide you through every movement.
Something you feel comfortable moving in. Fitted activewear works best, and grip socks are required. You're welcome to bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio.
Fourty five minutes. Long enough to feel the work, short enough to fit into your busy day.
At least 5 minutes before your first class. It gives you time to be welcomed, meet your instructor and settle in without any rush.
Your intro offer is valid for 14 days from your first class giving you plenty of time to build a rhythm and feel the difference.
