This notice explains how J&S Holdings Group, 22 693 347 321, trading as Pose Pilates Co and Posé Pilates ("Posé", "we", "us"), collects, uses and shares your personal information. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
1. What we collect
- Contact details: your name, email address and phone number.
- Booking and account details: classes booked, memberships and passes bought, attendance and payment history. Card payments are handled by our booking and payment providers, and we do not see or store your full card number.
- HEALTH INFORMATION: Health information you choose to give us, such as injuries, pregnancy or medical conditions, so our instructors can adapt your session safely. We only collect this with your consent, we use it only for your classes, and we never use or share it for advertising.
- Messages and enquiries you send us by email, through our contact page or on social media.
- Website and device information: pages you visit, actions you take (such as starting a booking or buying a class), IP address, browser and device type. This is collected through cookies and pixels (see section 4).
- Photos, videos, testimonials and reviews, including reviews you post publicly on Google, where we have your consent to use them.
You can make a general enquiry without giving your name, but we need your details to book you into a class.
2. How we collect it
Directly from you when you enquire, book, sign up or attend; through Momence, our booking platform, when you create an account or make a purchase; automatically through cookies and pixels on our website and booking pages; and from public platforms such as Google and Instagram when you post about us.
3. Why we use it
- To run your bookings, memberships and payments, and to keep you safe in class.
- To reply to your enquiries.
- To send you news and offers. You can opt out at any time (see section 8).
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
- To show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram, and to avoid showing new-member offers to people who are already members.
- To feature members, instructors and reviews in our marketing and ads. We ask for your consent first, and you can withdraw it for future use at any time.
- To meet our legal obligations.
4. Cookies, the Meta Pixel and advertising
Our website and our Momence booking pages use the Meta Pixel and other cookies, pixels, web beacons and storage technologies from third parties, including Meta Platforms (the company behind Facebook and Instagram). Through these, third parties including Meta collect or receive information from our website and elsewhere on the internet, such as the pages you view and the classes you buy, and use that information to provide measurement services and to target and deliver ads, including ours.
Customer lists. We may share the name, email address and phone number of our customers with Meta to create "Custom Audiences". These details are hashed (converted into scrambled code) before they are uploaded. Meta uses them to match people to Facebook and Instagram accounts so we can exclude existing members from certain ads and reach new people with similar interests. We also tell Meta, in the same hashed form, when someone becomes a new member, so we can measure which ads work. We never share health information with Meta.
How to opt out of ad targeting:
- Meta: manage the ads you see and how Meta uses information from businesses like ours in your Meta ad preferences at https://accountscenter.facebook.com/ad_preferences (help: https://www.facebook.com/help/568137493302217).
- Our customer lists: email us at posepilatesco@gmail.com and we will leave you out of future uploads to Meta and remove you from any audience we have already created.
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some booking features may not work without them.
- Other participating ad companies: https://optout.aboutads.info
- Google: manage Google ads at https://myadcenter.google.com, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
5. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google collects information such as pages visited and time on site through cookies, and processes it in the United States and other countries. See how Google uses this information at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
6. Who we share it with

7. Overseas disclosure
